Classic Tweening and Motion Tweening are two important functions to utilize in puppet. I laid out my main shapes using the Trixel shape mode, set my canvas option to 2:1 (Isometric Pixel Art) and changed my canvas size to 8×8. In Adobe Animate, tweening refers to the several automated processes of creating those in-betweens. After trying a bit more a googling for answers, I posted here. In animation, tweening is short for in-betweening, which is the process of drawing the frames that transition one keyframe - or major pose - to another. In my mind, there had to be some button for allowing texture only for the current layer, but I haven't found any. I remember trying to click on the layer I wanted to apply the texture to first, and then load the new texture.but it still applied to the whole project. The other thing is, when I first tried to load a texture to a project, where I had several layers drawn already, I saw it applied to all of the layers, which confused me even more. I'm not an illustrator or anything like that, and have only very limited experience with tools like PS (mostly for some light photo editing), so that may be the part of the problem. So I think my problem was, that instead of thinking about a texture as a color, or a brush, I viewed it more as a bucket tool. ![]() In this introduction to tween service we take a look at how to use tw. When I use color palette, this is natural. In this video I show you how to use tweens to create smooth transitions and animations. When drawing on a different layer, select the initial white texture, which is the same as not using any texture. So if you want to use a texture in a particular layer, just load and select it in the Texture tab when you're drawing on that layer. When you select a texture in the Texture tab, it will be applied to whatever you draw afterwards.
